The Book Voucher allows the student the option to purchase books at MBS Online Bookstore. Students with excess financial aid may be eligible for a book voucher. Book vouchers are issued electronically by the Business Office, and are available only during designated periods during the term. Students who have a balance at checkout more than their Book Voucher amount will need to pay the difference to MBS Online Bookstore. No vouchers will be issued after a refund for any remaining financial aid funds has been disbursed to you for the semester. This process is referred to as receiving a "book voucher." If you are registered for a B1 and a B2 class, you will need to purchase all of your books for the semester at the beginning of the semester while your bookstore voucher is active.
